Digital Products Policy

All products sold by Kojil Company Limited are digital products. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, the sale is considered final.

No Refunds After Access

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the digital product and cannot be resolved by our support team

If an exception applies, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Kojil Company Limited may result in suspension of access to our digital products and services.
